MANAGING PARTNER

Jonathan Snider leads the Y5 Partners team, overseeing all aspects of development and investment. Jonathan also serves as a Senior Vice President at Sherwood Equities, a New York focused real estate firm with a significant presence in Times Square, Chelsea & Hudson Yards. At Sherwood, Snider leads acquisitions, development, and lending. Jonathan serves as Co-Chair of the Revenue Committee for the Hudson Yards/Hells Kitchen Business Improvement District. Jonathan received his MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated Phi Beta Kappa, Magna Cum Laude from Vanderbilt University.

Adam Lifshitz oversees all underwriting, financial operations, and accounting for Y5 Partners. Adam is a JD candidate at Harvard Law School. He has had various previous real estate roles, most recently serving as an Investment Analyst at Long Pond Capital where he focused on investing in publicly traded real estate companies. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School with dual concentrations in Finance and Real Estate and was selected as a Beta Gamma Sigma Scholar.

Jay Glazer focuses on maximizing revenue potential through oversight of leasing activity and day-to-day operations for Y5 Partners. Consistently ranked among the top-producing brokers in New York City and across the country, Glazer specializes in representing buyers and sellers of condos and co-ops throughout Manhattan. The Glazer Team has sold over $500M worth of real estate and is recognized by the WSJ as the Top 250 Realtors in the U.S. Jay currently serves on the Junior Board of Project Renewal, a NYC nonprofit that aims to end the cycle of homelessness. Jay holds a masters in Shakespeare Studies and is a graduate of Bard College.

ASSOCIATE

Jason Breier assists in supporting the Y5 team with property management, reporting and day-to-day oversight of the portfolio. Jason is pursuing his Masters in Real Estate Finance & Investing from New York University and is a graduate of University of Arizona.
